Outside there is a small patio area with chairs & table it is a real suntrap and ideal for an outdoor breakfast or an evening glass of wine.

Accessibility Limited parking is available which is directly outside the front door but there are two steps into the property. It is not suitable for wheelchairs.

The Village
Within 5 minutes walk of the cottage we have an excellent butcher who sells locally produced products. A village shop with off-licence and post office, a hairdresser and of course the village pub 'The Manor' where children are welcome and the food is truly excellent.On the edge of the village is Agatha Christies home & gardens, recently opened by the national trust a true gem & a must for all to see with things just as she left it. Also wIthin 10 mins drive is the famous NT house Coleton Fishacre. There are numerous walks nearby and many beaches only a couple of minuits drive from here not to mention the beautiful river Dart now with the only working Paddle Steamer in the UK taking trips up the river.
